Refund & Billing Policy

1. Purpose and Billing Entity

This Refund & Billing Policy outlines how SAHAB AGENCY ("we", "us", or "our") charges customers for use of the Services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENT PROCESSING: You acknowledge that while you have a contract with SAHAB AGENCY , all billing functions, invoice generation, and credit card processing are performed securely by our infrastructure partner, HeavenMark, Inc. DBA RunHost ("RunHost"). When you view your bank statement, charges may appear as "RunHost" or "SAHAB AGENCY by RunHost" depending on the payment method used.

2. Automatic Renewal

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All Services are set to automatically renew by default.

Unless you notify us before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a Service, your subscription will automatically renew. You authorize HeavenMark, Inc. (acting on behalf of the Reseller) to collect the then-applicable subscription fee and any taxes for the renewed subscription term using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.

3. Your Responsibility

Payment Information: You are responsible for providing us with valid credit card or approved payment information at all times. Since SAHAB AGENCY does not store credit card data directly, you must ensure your billing profile in the RunHost-powered dashboard is up to date.

Collection Efforts: You agree that we and our Infrastructure Provider may take steps to collect fees owed, including charging other payment methods on file or retaining collection agencies.

4. Refunds and Money Back Guarantee

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most of our Shared and Reseller hosting Services. This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a Service only, not to renewals, upgrades, or subsequent purchases.

Refund Process (Important)

Please Note: Because financial transactions are securely processed by HeavenMark, Inc., SAHAB AGENCY does not have the technical ability to instantly reverse a transaction or "force" a refund directly from our side. Only RunHost can strictly initiate the transfer of funds back to your account.

To claim a refund, you must follow this specific procedure:

  1. Do not simply cancel the service; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
  2. You must submit a formal request via the Contact Form on our website or open a billing ticket in your Customer Dashboard.
  3. SAHAB AGENCY will validate your request against the 30-day policy.
  4. Once validated, we will forward the instruction to HeavenMark, Inc. to release the funds. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been approved.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as costs are incurred immediately by the Infrastructure Provider:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
  • SSL certificates
  • Software License keys (e.g., cPanel, Microsoft 365)
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Overage charges (bandwidth/disk usage)
  • Setup fees and Migration fees
  • Custom work or administrative time

6. Payment Methods & Currencies

Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers via the secure RunHost payment gateway. Note that some local payment methods may not support refunds (e.g., certain bank transfers); in these cases, Account Credit will be offered.

Currencies: All prices are standardly listed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay in a different currency, the exchange rate is determined by your bank or payment provider.

7. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

Billing Errors: If you believe there has been a billing error, you must report it to us within 60 days. We will investigate the error with HeavenMark, Inc. promptly.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank for a valid charge is considered a breach of contract. This will result in immediate account suspension by the Infrastructure Provider, potentially deleting all data associated with your account. We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who file unwarranted chargebacks.
