While SAHAB AGENCY is your primary contact for privacy concerns, data is stored on infrastructure owned and managed by HeavenMark, Inc.

HeavenMark, Inc. assists us in fraud screening, server provisioning, and technical support. They are contractually bound to protect your data, but they do have access to the information contained in your customer record to fulfill the service obligations.

2. Information that we Collect

a. Registration and Billing Information
Users who are our customers provide us with their name, address, phone number, email, and payment information. This information is shared with our Infrastructure Provider to create the administrative record required to activate your services.

b. Anonymous Information (AI)
We and our Infrastructure Provider collect anonymous information regarding your use of the Site and Services, such as browser type, IP address, and login times. This is done via "cookies" or "pixel tags" to monitor the security and integrity of the servers.

3. Use of Information

We use your Personal Information (PI) to:

HIPAA does not apply to the service we provide. Neither SAHAB AGENCY nor HeavenMark, Inc. are "Covered Entities" or "Business Associates" under HIPAA. You should not store Protected Health Information (PHI) on our services.

1. Data Controller vs. Data Processor

For the purposes of the GDPR:
