Acceptable Usage Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines that you must follow when using services provided by SAHAB AGENCY ("we", "us", or "our").
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING INFRASTRUCTURE: You acknowledge that the services you purchase from SAHAB AGENCY are physically hosted on the network and servers of our upstream infrastructure provider, HeavenMark, Inc. DBA RunHost ("RunHost" or "Infrastructure Provider"). Consequently, compliance with this AUP is mandatory to protect the integrity of the HeavenMark, Inc. network. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of services by the Infrastructure Provider to protect other users.
2. General Obligations
Legal Obligations
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (both local and those of the United States/Delaware, where the infrastructure is registered) when using our services.
Intellectual Property Rights
You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other forms of intellectual property. HeavenMark, Inc. strictly enforces DMCA regulations.
Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in any activities that are prohibited by this Policy or applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Illegal activities of any kind.
- Unauthorized access to our services or the Infrastructure Provider's network ("hacking").
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or trojans.
- Spamming (See Email Usage below).
- Phishing or identity theft sites.
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or "booters".
- Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material.
3. Acceptable Resource Usage
3.1. Resource Allocation
Users are allocated a certain amount of resources based on their chosen hosting plan. Resources include but are not limited to bandwidth, disk space, CPU, and memory. Resource allocations are intended for normal website operation. You may use allocated resources for hosting websites, emails, and related services within the scope of your hosting plan.
3.2. No Excessive Consumption
You are not allowed to excessively consume resources in a way that adversely affects server performance or disrupts the quality of service for other users on the RunHost network. We and our Infrastructure Provider reserve the right to monitor resource usage and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of service, with or without notice.
3.3. Resource Limits
We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of email accounts, inbox size, database size, account disk usage, and bandwidth/data transfer for accounts that violate this Policy.
4. Acceptable Shared Hosting Usage (Fair Use Limits)
Fair use limits enable HeavenMark, Inc. to maintain the speed, reliability, and integrity of the services for all resellers and customers. You are bound to the following limits:
- Multimedia: Video and image storage should not exceed 10GB in total per hosting account.
- Email Disk Usage: Usage should not exceed 20GB per mailbox.
- Databases: In a shared hosting account, a database using more than 10GB disk usage shall be considered excessive.
- Backups: Local generated backups must be kept to a minimum. Using our Services as an offsite backup facility (e.g., storing backups from other providers) is prohibited.
- Software Downloads: Software downloads created by the account holder should not exceed 1GB total.
- Visibility of Files: All files uploaded to a domain must be visible and accessible by visiting that domain (except for hidden configuration files). We reserve the right to delete files not meeting these criteria.
For Reseller Accounts: Reseller accounts marketed with 'unlimited' disk usage but using more than 400GB disk usage in total will be required to ensure sub-account overall disk usage does not exceed 50GB per account.
5. Email and Spam Policy
HeavenMark, Inc. has a strict, zero-tolerance spam policy to protect IP reputation.
Mailbox Usage
- Mailboxes are intended for direct use by the hosting plan owner and should not be resold to third parties.
- You are responsible for managing your mailbox size to ensure compliance with the fair use limit (20GB).
- All outbound mail is scanned by a cloud-based spam filtering system. We reserve the right to limit the volume of email messages you may deliver.
Strict Prohibitions
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Send unsolicited emails (Spam).
- Use email addresses for marketing purposes without explicit ("Double Opt-In") consent.
- Send bulk emails without permission.
- Send emails containing malware or phishing links.
6. Notification and Resolution
Notice of Violation: If SAHAB AGENCY or HeavenMark, Inc. detects a violation, you may receive a notice to resolve the issue. Immediate termination may occur for severe violations (e.g., phishing, child exploitation content).
Grace Period: We may provide a grace period for minor resource violations before taking further action. If you believe a notice is incorrect, you may submit a counter-notification to our support team.
